Ryan Hughes' Instagram has got loads of video tips, I did a school with him last summer and learnt loads :D Here's a few good ones I found.

Best advice ive found is not holding on too tight with your arms and grip more with your legs. This seems really counter intuitive at first with motocross being some bumpy and all but it really helps lower your centre of gravity, not to mention helps with arm pump. Im still slow though, haha!!

According to his Instagram Ryno is going to be the riding coach for Glen Coldenhoff, that's a great move for both rider and coach I think.
